Engagement: Should you pop the question because your partner demands it?

Heard about a couple where one person 'demanded' that his partner pop the question by a certain date and time and it got us thinking, is that right? Does that make for a good foundation for a future together? What do you think?

The four best teams should play. Typically, those involve conference or league chamnpions. Sometimes, they don't. The NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL and every other college football level allows the four best teams to play. The Big 10 is blocking what is best.
